Hand-dyed rayon and cotton yarn in grey, blue, and purple- 0059
I hand-dyed this yarn in shades of dark grey, medium to dark blue, and purple. This is a single ply yarn that is thick and thin and loosely spun and tightly spun. The combination of rayon and cotton gives the yarn areas of shine.
Each skein is 100 yards and weighs about 2.5 ounces. This yarn wraps at 10 WPI. Would be good for knitting, crochet, and other fiber crafts. Would be good for the weft thread in weaving.
Hand wash cold. Dry flat. I use color-fast dyes and rinse many times, but there could still be some excess dye. I recommend using a color catcher as needed.
