DetailsI hand-dyed this yarn in shades of blues, from medium blue and light blue to a pale blue. This yarn was wound into a large skein, dyed and rinsed, and then rewound into smaller skeins. I do my dyeing in small batches and what is available here is all that I dyed in this color way.
This yarns is a 2-ply thick and thin cotton. This yarn has approximately 2900 yards per pound and 22 wraps per inch. Each skein is 500 yards and weighs 2 5/8 oz.
Hand wash cool with mild detergent. Dry flat or hang to dry. I use color fast dyes and rinse many times, but as with anything dyed, there could still be some excess dye. I recommend using a dye catcher as needed. -
